Each order is prepared with care within 1–3 business days.

Shipping Times

Once dispatched, most pieces arrive within 7–15 business days, depending on the item and your location. A few of our pieces travel from overseas ateliers and may take a little longer — worth the wait, we promise. You'll receive a tracking link by email the moment your order ships.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to adore your pieces. If something isn't right, reach out within 14 days of delivery and we'll help arrange a return or exchange. Items must be unworn and in their original condition. For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale.
