How long will my order take?

Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days and typically arrive within 7–15 business days. You'll receive tracking by email as soon as it ships.

What are your pieces made of?

Our jewellery is crafted from materials such as sterling silver, gold plating, freshwater pearls, and zircon. Full details are listed on each product page.

Will these irritate sensitive skin?

Many of our pieces use sterling silver and gold-plated finishes that are gentle on most skin. If you have specific sensitivities, please check the materials noted on the product page.

Do you offer returns?

Yes — unworn pieces may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of delivery. Earrings are final sale for hygiene reasons. See our Shipping & Returns page for details.

How do I track my order?

A tracking link is emailed to you the moment your order is dispatched. Do keep an eye on your inbox (and your spam folder, just in case).

Do you restock sold-out pieces?

Often, yes! Email us and we'll happily let you know when a favourite is back.
